Data Collection

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly through our website, such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. This data is collected solely for the purposes of completing your print orders, responding to your quote requests, and providing shipping updates.

File Uploads & Google Drive Integration

Because wide-format printing often requires massive file sizes, we utilize a secure, direct-to-Google-Drive upload architecture. When you upload a file on our Quote page, it bypasses our web server entirely and is deposited directly into our secure, private, and encrypted Google Workspace via the official Google Drive API.

Vivid Press MI retains these files only as long as necessary to complete your order or provide a quote. Unless a longer retention period is explicitly requested by the customer (for easy re-ordering), files are periodically purged from our system.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to ensure a seamless ordering experience:

• Web3Forms: Used to securely route your contact inquiries and quote request forms directly to our secure inbox without storing data publicly.
• Google Cloud (Drive API): Used to securely receive and temporarily store your massive CAD plans and poster artwork.
• PitneyShip: Used to calculate live, accurate shipping rates at checkout.

Data Sharing & Security

Vivid Press MI does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your uploaded artwork to any third parties for marketing purposes. Your intellectual property remains yours.
