Welcome to Vivid Press MI. By using our website and submitting orders or quote requests, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Accuracy & File Review

All automated quotes generated by our Shop Calculator or Quote Request forms are estimates based on user-provided dimensions. Final pricing is subject to manual review of the actual uploaded artwork files. Vivid Press MI is not responsible for low-resolution files, typos, or incorrect bleeds provided by the customer.

2. Turnaround & Local Pickup

We pride ourselves on fast service. General architectural (CAD) plots and poster prints are usually available for next-day pickup in most cases. However, turnaround times officially begin only after payment is secured and the final proof is approved (if applicable). Large volume orders may require additional time.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Full payment is required prior to printing. Because of the custom nature of wide-format printing, once an order is sent to the printer (Canon TM-300), it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Returns & Reprints

We guarantee the quality of our prints. If we make a clear manufacturing error (e.g., severe banding, incorrect scale due to our software settings, physical damage prior to pickup/shipping), we will reprint your order at no cost. Returns or refunds are not accepted for custom-printed goods where the customer provided an incorrect or low-quality file.

5. Copyrights & Original Ownership

By submitting files to Vivid Press MI, you certify that you hold the legal copyright or explicit permission to reproduce the imagery, schematics, or blueprints. We reserve the right to refuse printing any offensive, illegal, or heavily copyrighted material without proof of license.

6. Shipping limits

All nationwide shipping is calculated at checkout and securely handled via rolled tubes. Once the package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Vivid Press MI cannot be held liable for carrier delays or damages in transit, though we will assist in filing claims if necessary.
